Before fans of 90 Days star Ella Angers with selfish behavior
90 Day Fiance: Before 90 Days took a week off due to the Super Bowl. The show returned on February 20 with a dramatic episode. All the couples have had a hard time this week, but Before 90 days The Ella star irritated several fans with the way she treated Johnny. Here’s how it all happened.
’90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’ stars Ella and Johnny have yet to meet this season
Of the seven new couples fans have met this season, only one couple has yet to meet in person. Earlier this season, fans began to suspect that Ella and Johnny weren’t dating, and as we get closer to the end, it looks like they might be right.
When 90 Day Fiance: Before 90 Days Season 5 was filmed, restrictions were still in place for several countries due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Johnny lives in China, and China had some of the strictest quarantine and travel regulations. When Johnny confessed his fears of traveling to the United States and delayed his trip, it angered Ella. Eventually, the couple decided to meet in Dubai.
After Ella bought her ticket to Dubai, Johnny gave her even more bad news. As coronavirus cases continued to rise, China tightened quarantine restrictions. Johnny explained to Ella that if he went to Dubai for two weeks, he would have to be quarantined away from his family for five weeks upon his return. He also told her that he didn’t know if two weeks was worth a five-week quarantine, but this irritated Ella.

Fans feel Ella is being selfish with her behavior and dismissing Johnny’s fears
When Johnny shared his concerns with Ella, his response included an ultimatum. “I’m starting to feel like you don’t really want to meet me,” she began. “I want to meet now. I always feel like it’s a waiting game with you and I’ll be waiting for you forever. So if you don’t want to come to Dubai, I’ll start considering other options, like having an open relationship.
Fans saw the apparent disappointment on Johnny’s face, and many took to Reddit to discuss his behavior. A user wrote, “I don’t want to pile on Ella, but why is it so hard to understand and empathize with Johnny. He has his parents whom he supports and a child; the man is literally afraid that he will not be able to return home once he leaves China.
Another one the person added, “She is honestly selfish. It’s all about her, I almost spit my tea out when she said ‘I want a family and I’m almost 30, I can’t wait any longer’. Seriously, you still have a few years left and he already has a child that you expect him to give up just to meet you.
“She’s only been talking to him for 1.5 years and officially been together for 6 months at this point. She talks about it like she’s been waiting ages for them to meet. I really don’t think that she cares about him as much as he cares about her. I feel like she just wants someone to hold on to to prove she’s wanted,” yet another Editor wrote.
It’s still unclear if ’90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’ stars Ella and Johnny are meeting in person this season
